Who I am

As an engineer, I have worked in various companies. I started in an owner-managed medium-sized company with 100 employees and now work in a corporation with more than 30,000 employees.

Different management tasks, strategic and project-oriented activities, conception and implementation of trainings, coaching of employees and students have constantly sharpened my sense for people and leadership. Analytical and methodical principles help me to identify and to visualize interdependencies. Understanding leadership as an inner attitude, so that people can develop and contribute with their talents and personalities, that is an essential part I was able to learn in all the years of my life.

In 2018, a personal crisis had inspired me to make a change. Since then, resilience became tangible for me and a conscious part of my life. Developing personal resilience and live it in my own environment, as well as change processes in organizations often lead to conflict situations. This was a trigger to become a certified mediator. Applying these aspects of communication into everyday life and working as a mediator is a genuine passion of mine.
